Chair :
The Ethics & Job Skills committee will
coordinate with the three area high schools in providing
professional leadership from the club in support of programs including in
class seminars, job shadow, career days, etc. The committee will formalize
the activities of the club in these areas and plan
for future involvement by a wide segment of the
club membership.

- The Challenge Scholarship committee is charged by the officers
and directors with continuing the excellence of selection and follow
through that has been evidenced by the community in the past. The
scholarship has been a strong part of the Sunrise club’s winning top
club in the district for a number of years.
New members to the committee should be advised that the
scholarship is not a conventional "reward the deserving" type of
award. Rather, Sunrise has chosen to offer the chance of reward to
students who are at risk of failing to complete high school. As such
the experience of interviewing and selecting candidates for the
scholarships is both rewarding and challenging.
Chair :
The RYLA committee is charged with selecting
one or two worthy candidates for participation in District 5060's
annual RYLA seminar. Working cooperatively with other
Wenatchee-area Rotary clubs is recommended.
