Matching Grants

Chair: Tony De Angelis

This committee is charged with planning and executing projects to assist individuals in developing countries of the world. Rotary International maintains a directory of Rotary Clubs in offshore locations who are looking for cooperating clubs to assist them in bringing projects to fruition.

The project committee will review all options open to the club in engaging in a matching grant project, determine the financial help available, detail costs, ascertain member interest and develop a plan of action for approval by the board and members of the club. They will pay particular attention to projects that club members can actually participate in.
